Space-Saving High Efficiency Design

PrecisionCell III extended surface mini-pleat rigid filters are available in nominal depths of 2″, 4″, and 6″. They use synthetic media and a pleating design that reduces resistance to airflow, achieving the lowest initial resistance in our high-efficiency filter line. The combination of the slimline design and low resistance makes this filter a perfect for upgrading the efficiency of systems using pleated filters.

Precisioncell III filters combine moisture-resistant synthetic media with rugged plastic frames for excellent durability in difficult operating conditions, including intermittent direct exposure to water. These filters are especially suitable for VAV systems and are designed to operate at face velocities up to 625 FPM. Two styles are available: standard box style and an optional headered (top and bottom) version for use with existing side access housings.

The slimline light weight design of the Precisioncell III filter significantly reduces the shipping, storage and disposal cost typically associated with higher-efficiency filters and are much easier to handle and install.
