The multi-layer structure of Filtrair FF-560 GX results in 99%+ filtration efficiency on particles 7 to 10 microns and greater. Filtrair FF-560 GX ceiling diffusion media achieves optimum efficiency while maintaining a low pressure drop. In addition, the fiber structure of the Filtrair FF-560 GX media promotes laminar air flow in paint spray booths. The high holding capacity reduces downtime for changeouts, resulting in higher productivity and lower costs.
Media Design – Filtrair FF-560 GX is a synthetic nonwoven media, progressively structured and thermally bonded to ensure maximum efficiency and dust loading capacity. A non-migrating tackifier coats the interlocking fibers to ensure the highest retention of dirt particles. Filtrair FF-560 GX is designed with an downstream polyester scrim netting that adds rigidity, ensures dimensional stability, and prevents fiber migration.
